Four types of engineered trays, each starting with your part
Every thermoformed tray we make is custom-designed around the part's geometry, the cavity layout, and the application.

ESD trays
Conductive or static dissipative, in the appropriate ESD class for your application.

Process and automation trays
Precise part positioning for production lines, robots, and vision systems, including robot-ready matrix trays.

Returnable trays
Built for repeated trips between areas of your plant, or between supplier and customer.

Inserts, lids, and blisters
Layered protection for shipping high-value components.
Clear or opaque

PET and PETG
Clear and rigid, suited to visual inspection, inserts, and blisters.

ESD grades
Conductive or static dissipative, with topical or in-resin protection.
Material, wall thickness, and application: the three variables in every Termotray spec
Specification: every tray is designed for the job it does
THE QUESTIONS WE ASK- What is the tray's life cycle?
- Single-use, a few trips, or returnable for years. Each answer leads to a different tray.
- Virgin or recycled material?
- Both work, as long as the limits of each are defined up front.
- What is the corner thickness?
- Corners are where a tray thins out during thermoforming. Controlling that thickness is one of the things that sets Termotray apart.
- Will the next lot come out the same?
- Repeatability keeps the same fit on the line, in the box, and for the robot.
